主要生产有两个产品:

主要应用在有灰尘或者污染较严重的区域,或海边以及森林周边鸟群较多的区域的光伏板的除尘、除雪、清除鸟粪。

 

“除尘膜式光伏板自动除尘装置”可以有效解决如下2个问题:

1、 在中国北方有4~5个月的不能用水清洗。(冬季无法除尘问题。每年将因此减少发电量约2~5%

                                       (冬季使用添加了廉价的抗冻液的清洗液,污染环境。)

2、 路灯等高空放置的光伏板,很难人工清洗。(非常浪费人工。例如:在北京清洗一个路灯的光伏板成本高达30~50元,以至于,路政部门无法承受。)

 

“除尘膜式光伏板自动除尘装置”,在除雪和清除鸟粪方面还有特殊优势。

 

本装置,大面积使用,每平米每月仅花费1元钱的成本。

1、比人工清扫成本低20%(清洗耗水和人工费)。特别适合于光伏板密集排列的光伏发电站。

2、目前,已知的大型专用清洗光伏板的设备,一次性投资较大。专用清扫设备需要有操作空间,必须设立间隔,这需要浪费大量土地资源。

 

因此,本装置还有一定的市场竞争优势空间。

 

建议:设立专业的维护队,为太阳能发电厂和市政路灯的光伏板提供除尘服务。(目前,是人工清洗为主,大约每次清洗的成本是0.6元每平米。北京地区大约每个月清洗2次,可以按照每块光伏板收费。)

目前,广泛使用的太阳能多晶硅光伏发电板的理论发电效率为26.83% 。如何提高光电转化效率?人们的可用思路只有两个;一个是适应太阳光光谱特征,努力解决光伏板自身光电转换效率。目前,多n结的光伏板已经达到48.5%的光电转换效率!可是,成本昂贵。另一个思路就是改变太阳光光谱,让太阳光适应光伏发电装置。我们是后者的思路。

光伏的“新大陆”:

众所周知,光伏发电是光伏发电设备吸收阳光产生电能。这里面包含两个主要因素:阳光和光伏板(光伏装置)。目前,世界的注意力放在后者光伏板上了,不断在发电的组件和创新的发电物质上进行投入。

ABQI公司所述的光伏“新大陆”,是前者,是阳光,是从改变阳光的结构,改变阳光光谱入手,实现增加发电量的目标。这也不是什么光伏“新大陆”,因为,有众多的人员一直在这个方向上努力工作。并发现了很多可以改变阳光光谱提高发电量的物质组合。

 

ABQI公司进入市场之前,已经有大致三种使用方式:

1、加在封装的透明封装材料内,加在EVA或POE内。

2、加在光伏板前面的玻璃内。

二、红移增效膜

介绍:

红移增效膜是对普通除尘膜的一种改良,它的改良思路不是一味着增加透光性;还从促进太阳能发电的角度出发,增加改变太阳光光谱结构的荧光物质,可将整个阳光光谱红移,理论上可以增加发电量。

经过改良的透光膜,理论上最高可红移200nm,理论上这种红移会损失60%的辐照能量,但依然可以提高发电总量。使用前后对比,理论上可提高光伏板50 %以上的发电量,目前的技术只可提高4.1~16.5%,还有巨大的研发空间。

At present, 15 to 60 Wp of effective radiated power could be increased by our technology.

Offer for ABQI to seek for Angel investment and Seed fund:

The company shall transfer 10% to 15% of the equity to raise $ 0.8 to 1 million as the capital for the research investment in the first stage and start-up capital of the company.

That means the minimum price of our stock equity is 80,0000 US dollars for 15% of total stock and the maximum price is 1,000,000 US dollars for 10% of total stock. If the maximum price is accepted, then the deal will be done immediately otherwise we will reply you in 15 workdays with the possibility of new deal.

If angel investor wants the R&D base set in American, we prefer to Silicon Valley. Another 1,000,000 US dollars will be added on the budget mentioned above which means 1, 800,000 ~2,000,000 US dollars totally.

● Future Products and Dream of ABQI

 

1. Upgrade the automatic film-removal dust-cleaning device on photovoltaic panel to the “external film device which can increase the generating capacity”, putting forward and popularizing the new concept of bathochromic shift synergistic film for increasing the generating capacity. Expand the mobile-film photovoltaic panel automatic dust-cleaning device and special bathochromic shift synergistic film as the standard peripheral devices of ordinary photovoltaic panels.

 

2. Continuously improve the sunlight spectrum structure through constant research and development of the bathochromic shift synergistic film, ultimately leading to increasing 50% of the total generating capacity of crystalline silicon panels.

 

    However, considering there are more than 4000 kinds of species which can do the spectral transformation to achieve the above goal, the R & D direction of ABQI is to explore different combinations and find more efficient spectral transformation materials. Photovoltaic “New Continent”:

As is known to all, photovoltaic generation is to generate electricity by using the photovoltaic generation device to absorb the sunlight. It contains two main factors: sunlight and photovoltaic panels (photovoltaic device). At present, the world’s attention is on the latter, the photovoltaic panels, and invests in the assemblies of generation and innovative generating materials constantly.

However, the photovoltaic “New Continent” of ABQI is the former, the sunlight. 2. Add into the glass in front of the photovoltaic panels;

3. Make into thin film and put it on the surface of crystalline silicon, inside or surface of the transparent encapsulating materials, inside or surface of the glass, or form the pad film and coating film.

 

However, ABQI creates the fourth way—the external film device can change into bathochromic shift synergistic film automatically. In this way, there is no need to install fixedly in the production of photovoltaic panels, and it can be a life-long non-replaceable part. This is the key point of the photovoltaic “New Continent” and market opportunity of ABQI. In addition, our market opportunities include: Hitachi and Mitsubishi Corporation of Japan, who are key in the absolute dominance, have not found the fourth using way! The scope of their patent protection does not include the fourth using way, so we can make up this loophole.

Because the bathochromic shift synergistic film is a kind of consumable that can be upgraded. The customer value is a positive benefit now. At the same time, there is no need to worry about the aging phenomenon in the subsequent use process, and the bathochromic shift synergistic materials become the obstructive factor and risk factor of reducing the power generation efficiency is avoided. Because it has already been upgraded before ageing and it will be replaced when it is found ageing, so there is no risks of long-dated negative effects.

Bathochromic shift synergistic film is an improvement of the common dust-cleaning film, its improvement idea is not just increasing the transmission of light; it also starts form the point of promoting the generation of solar energy, increase the fluorescent materials that can change the spectral of sunlight, bathochromic shift the entire solar spectral and increase the generating capacity theoretically.

In theory, the improved transparent film can bathochromic shift 200nm most , and this kind of bathochromic shift may lose 60% of the radiation energy theoretically, but it still can improve the total power generation.
